Wonderful

The hotel is in a marvellous location, very clean, lovely atmosphere and is a beautifully designed boutique hotel. In addition the staff were extremely efficient, extremely friendly and helpful.

I would have liked breakfast to be included in the price we paid and the towels to be changed for the next day.

Cleanlliness; tv programs; breakfast was excellent and well presented

our safe did not work and we never got it fixed. this was very inconvenient as it meant that we had to schlep our valuables with us to a wedding across the street which i did not appreciate needing to do as it was cumbersome. we were told someone would ifx it in 5 mintues; we waited 15 mintues; then w were told the person who could fix it was not even in the hotel. quite irritating and cinconveneint. but the receptionist desk manager Natalie was very pleasant and very welcoming. the person checking us in definintely needs more training. but overall our experience was good, the breakfast staff was very nice and helpful and pleasant and we would return again.

The service is polite and on a high standard. The rooms and hotel is beautifully designed.

False advertising. I was promised a room with a sea side view. What i got was a room that i have to open the window and stick my head out to see the sea. When I mentioned this they said that i am right and that the only option is to upgrade for almost half of what I paid originally. I said that I want to speak to the manager. they brought a manager that doesn't speak hebrew. He said the same thing. I said that I want to speak to his manager. They said the he too doesnt speak hebrew. i saud that I don't care. He told me that I can request to cancel from Booking.com. When i said that I will he waited to see that I was serious and right before I actually cancelled he offered me a room with a real sea side view. It's a shame that I had to go through all that.

Even was during Saturday (Shabat) is not acceptable to do check in late evening. Nobody ask if we need parking. The hotel is not on the beach is near the beach.

Excellent spotless hotel. Great location. Fab weather and beaches.

The hotel was spotless throughout and beautifully decorated, like a gallery. Breakfast was excellent , slept very well too and the rooms were well attended to by the house keeping. We even had sole use of a veranda so we could sit outside too. We could also see the sea from the veranda. Very quiet as well and in a great location opposite the beach. The walk into the main square was pleasant and only ten minutes. The beaches were great. White sand and blue skies every day! Despite it being the end of November. Very little litter on the beach but enough to notice cigarette butts and plastic. We would certainly return to Netanya and would love to stay at this hotel again! Perfect.

Can't fault the hotel at all. Netanya itself does need a bit of a clean up with a fair amount of litter , broken glass, and cat pooh about! The cats were plentiful, but they were no problem and we enjoyed seeing that they were well cared for too. We found Israel to be more expensive than we thought , especially food and drink. Though we didn't drink any alcohol during our stay , so can't comment on that.
